The cake showcase should be placed in a place with a good environment, a place with good ventilation, not easy to be damp, and the dry temperature of the environment should not exceed 34 degrees Celsius.

 

Newly purchased or moved cake showcase should be allowed to stand for 3 to 5 hours before turning on the technique. Before use, first energize the empty cabinet for 3 to 5 hours. It cannot be started immediately after shutdown. You need to wait patiently for more than 5 minutes to avoid burning the system compressor.

 

The defogging switch of the cake showcase should be in the off state under normal conditions, and the defogging switch can be placed in the on state only when there is condensation on the front glass, and then set to the off state again after defogging.

 

When the cake showcase is used, the fresh-keeping cabinet should minimize the number of door openings and minimize the time for accessing food. Hot food must be cooled to room temperature before being placed in the cake showcase.

 

When storing food, do not leave the food too close to the air outlet.
