Bundy Pipe: This Is A Specially Treated Steel Pipe That Is Coated With A Layer Of Copper To Improve Its Corrosion Resistance And Heat Conduction Properties.
Steel Wire: Used To Tie Bundy Tubes Together To Increase The Strength And Stability Of The Condenser.
Bracket: Usually Made Of Steel Plate, Used To Fix The Overall Structure Of The Condenser.
Working principle
The operating principle of the Bundy Tube Wire Condenser is based on the heat exchange principle. In a refrigeration system, the refrigerant flows in the condenser and gives off heat, which is dissipated through the surface of the condenser to the surrounding air. Because the Bundy tube has excellent heat conduction properties, it can effectively transfer the heat in the refrigerant to the wire and bracket, and eventually dissipate into the air.
