Automobile Evaporator

An automobile evaporator, or automotive evaporator, is a crucial component in the automotive air conditioning system. It functions to convert liquid refrigerant into a gaseous state, thereby absorbing heat from the surrounding air and providing cooled air to the vehicle's interior.

The evaporator serves as the heat-absorbing device in the refrigeration cycle. It utilizes the latent heat of vaporization of the refrigerant to cool the air that passes through it.

Working Principle
As the refrigerant flows through the evaporator, it absorbs heat from the air blown over it by a fan. This process causes the refrigerant to change from a liquid to a gas. The cooled air is then circulated into the passenger compartment of the vehicle.

04.Fan:
Blows air over the evaporator core to facilitate heat transfer.
