Products Description

Refrigerating Condenser Evaporator
Refrigeration systems typically consist of two key components: the evaporator and the condenser. Each plays a critical role
in the refrigeration cycle, and together they facilitate the cooling process.
Evaporator: Absorbs heat and cools the surrounding space; refrigerant evaporates from liquid to gas.
Condenser: Rejects heat and condenses refrigerant back to a liquid; refrigerant changes from gas to liquid.

Working Principle

1.Refrigerating Condenser:
The main function is to cool and condense the high temperature and high pressure steam discharged from the compressor
into a liquid. In this process, the heat released by the condenser is discharged into the surrounding environment.
Based on heat exchange, that is, the use of cooling media (such as air, water, etc.) to absorb the heat of refrigerant steam and condense it into a liquid.
2.Refrigerating Evaporator:
The evaporation of the refrigerant is used to absorb the heat of the cooled object, thus achieving the cooling effect. In an
evaporator, the refrigerant changes from a liquid to a gas, and the heat absorbed in this process comes from the object or
environment being cooled.
Evaporators improve the heat exchange efficiency in different ways, such as increasing the heat exchange area andoptimizing the fluid flow.

Product Type

condenser
Including air cooled condenser, water cooled condenser and so on.
evaporator
Common evaporator types include shell and tube evaporator, plate evaporator, film evaporator and so on.

Refrigeration Cycle

01.Compression
The cycle starts with the compressor, which compresses the refrigerant gas, raising its pressure and temperature.
02.Condensation
The high-pressure gas then flows into the condenser, where it loses heat and condenses into a liquid.
03.Expansion
The liquid refrigerant passes through an expansion valve, reducing its pressure and temperature before entering the evaporator.
04.Evaporation
In the evaporator, the refrigerant absorbs heat, evaporating and creating a cooling effect before returning to the compressor.
