Finned Heat Exchanger

Finned heat exchanger, also known as finned heat exchanger, is a device that uses fins to enhance heat transfer. It usually consists of a series of tubes and fins that are arranged in parallel and fixed to the plate, forming a compact heat exchange surface. The existence of fins makes the heat transfer area of the heat exchanger greatly increase, thus improving the heat transfer efficiency.

1.Low fin tube:

Fin is low, the heat transfer area is relatively small, but the manufacturing cost is low, and it is suitable for occasions
where the heat transfer efficiency is not high.
2.Medium and high fin tube:
Fin height is moderate, the heat transfer area is large, the heat transfer efficiency is high, suitable for the occasion of
medium heat transfer demand.
3.High fin tube:
Fin is higher, the heat transfer area is the largest, the heat transfer efficiency is also the highest, but the manufacturing
cost is also relatively high, suitable for occasions with high heat transfer efficiency requirements.

The working principle of a finned heat exchanger involves the transfer of heat between two fluids. Typically, one fluid
(called the "heat source fluid") flows through the tube, while another fluid (called the "working fluid") flows between the
fins. When the heat source fluid flows in the tube, it transfers heat to the tube wall, which in turn transfers heat to the
working fluid through the fins. This process is mainly achieved through convective heat transfer, that is, the working fluid
flows between the fins and comes into contact with the surface of the fins, thereby obtaining heat.
