Refrigeration And Dehumidification

Inside the evaporator, the refrigerant evaporates at low pressure, absorbing heat from the surrounding air and lowering its temperature. As the temperature drops, water vapor in the air condenses into liquid water and is expelled from the system, achieving dehumidification.

Stable Refrigeration

Through the efficient heat exchange process, the evaporator ensures that the refrigeration system can continuously and stably provide the required cold amount to meet the air dehumidification requirements of the dryer.

The working principle of evaporators in refrigeration dryers is based on the physical change process of refrigerants. When the liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator, it quickly evaporates and absorbs a lot of heat under low pressure conditions, resulting in a sharp drop in the temperature inside the evaporator. At the same time, the treated air contacts with the low-temperature fin surface through the evaporator and has heat exchange, and the water vapor in the air condenses into liquid water due to the decrease in temperature and is discharged from the system. This process is continuously cycled to achieve continuous dehumidification and drying of the air.
