The condenser is a key component in the refrigeration system. Here are the differences between several types of condensers:

1 Water-cooled condenser:

Principle: Uses water as the cooling medium, and the heat of condensation is taken away by the rise in water temperature.
: Common types include shell and tube, vertical shell and tube, horizontal shell and tube, and double tube.
Application: Widely used in ammonia refrigeration systems Freon refrigeration systems.

2. Air-cooled condenser (also known as air-cooled condenser):

Principle: The heat released by the refriger is taken away by the air, and the refrigerant condenses inside the tube.
Structure: Mainly consists of heat exchange coils and fans.
Application: Suitable places with extreme water shortage or where water supply is impossible. Commonly seen in small Freon refrigeration units.

3. Evaporative condenser:

Pr: Uses the evaporation of water to absorb latent heat of vaporization to take away heat and perform heat exchange.
Structure: Composed of cooling tube bundles, supply equipment, ventilators, water separators, and the body.
Application: Especially suitable for arid and water-scarce areas, usually installed in open-air with good air circulation or on rooftops.
