The impact of intermittent opening and stopping on the cake cabinet

Why can't the cake cabinet be opened and stopped properly? The cake cabinet in convenience stores can be turned on and off or occasionally used, which can save electricity but can easily cause refrigeration system failures. In the refrigeration system of the cake cabinet, it is impossible to have absolutely no air and moisture, and trace amounts of moisture react chemically with the refrigerant to produce hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid, which have a corrosive effect on metals. If the cake cabinet is used intermittently or stopped for a long time, air and moisture can easily cause oxidation and corrosion of the refrigeration system's pipelines and compressor components. The generated oxides will be carried into the system by the refrigerant during future use, which can easily cause capillary blockage, and corrosion can affect the service life of refrigeration components and the refrigeration performance of the compressor. Under normal working conditions, the cake cabinet in a convenience store is less prone to rusting, oxidation, and corrosion due to the frequent flow and flushing of refrigerant, as well as the protective effect and frequent movement of various moving parts by lubricating oil. In addition, the coordination between the moving parts in the compressor is quite precise. If it is in a stationary state for a long time, the friction between the moving parts will significantly increase due to factors such as wear impurities, oxides, and lubricant viscosity, which will increase the starting resistance of the compressor and make it difficult to start.

Why can't we use rubber pads to cushion the cake cabinet? The cake cabinet should be placed in a ventilated, sun proof, dry, and away from heat sources. When placing it, if the ground is unstable and damp, a thin metal sheet can be used to support it, and rubber pads should not be used. Because the cake cabinets are equipped with dedicated grounding wires, and the grounding wires are often idle, the four metal legs of the convenience store cake cabinets need to provide support and also serve as grounding wires. Cake cabinets usually store food with high moisture content. Due to the constant temperature changes inside the cabinet, moisture evaporates and the humidity inside the cabinet is high, which can easily cause leakage and induced current in the cabinet. If the legs of the cake cabinet are in direct contact with the ground, the induced current can be introduced into the ground, increasing the safety of using the cake cabinet. But if a rubber pad is placed under the cake cabinet, as the rubber pad is an insulating object, the current cannot be introduced into the ground. If the cake cabinet leaks electricity, it can easily cause electric shock to people.
